My motive for the brand Aware:
The entire purpose of my brand Aware is to help spread mental health awareness and help end the stigma. I definitely stand on the fact that having a mental health issue/illness is not a failure. It is okay to talk and be open about your own mental health.
Let's be open about our mental health
It is a sign of strength to ask for or seek out help, not a weakness. A person who is open and honest about their mental health is so strong. I encourage people to find out what treatment works for them because there is no standard treatment as each person is individual so their treatment will need to be tailored to them.
